The Town of Saugus is upgrading all water meters and meter transmission units (MTUs) to modern technology in order to provide residents with more accurate and reliable water service. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by temporary disruptions to water service during this process. To complete this town-wide project efficiently, the Town of Saugus has contracted with Mass Installation, Inc. (MII) to perform the installations. Each installation is expected to take approximately 30 minutes, with water service interrupted for about 10–15 minutes.
