“Employees displayed much incentive to get the job done right and on time. When problems did arise they stepped right in to minimize any water damage and correct the problem to the customers satisfaction. When they had completed their day’s work assignments, if time allowed, they would go “door knocking” to get more installations done in a day rather than quitting early.

As a superintendent of the Sprague Water and Sewer Authority, it was a refreshing experience to work with two individuals who weren’t afraid to do a day’s work plus!”

David H. Rood

Superintendent of Sprague Water and Sewer Authority

In these times when quality job performance is not the usual experience, we are pleased to express our gratitude for a job well-done by your employees.

The installers assigned to the Norwich water meter project are to be commended for their efficient, courteous attention in carrying out the project.

The work was accomplished smoothly with a minimum inconvenience to the residents and where there was any difficulty with a particular installation the men were most cooperative in working out the problem.”

“Mass Installation was, and is, the right choice to do your meter/amr installation if you value your relationship with your customers. They had great project managers, office staff and, most importantly, installers on the ground here in Wooster. Rarely did I have to get involved with a customer concern or question. Their staff was professional and friendly at every stem of customer contact: scheduling, installation, and any necessary follow-up…… Mass Installation went out of their way to ease the burden on our office by probiding assistance in every way possible. They made my mission theirs.”

Keith P. Boyle, CPA

“Bid quantities for the large meter work are 100% complete however, because of the quality of their work, Mass Installation has received numerous extra work orders under this final contract that has significantly expanded the extent of the work done from the original bid. These additions includes not only a significant amount of large meter work, but also includes a pilot program for inbound phone reading of selected meters. Their services continue to be retained not only to continue large meter work under the final phases of this downsizing and changeout, but also to assist the City in day to day maintenace of small meters. Employees of the company are not only knowledgeable in their field, but have been polite and courteous in all their dealings with both City personnel and residents. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any meter work.”

Senior Engineer/Water Operations, City of Worcester Department of Public Works

“Your company was able to perform these installation with minimal impact on the Water Department and the residents of Westfield. The meter installers working on this job proved to be highly qualified, motivated and professional in their work and were able, working with out “clerk of the works”, to resolve field problems quickly.”

Charles L. Darling

Water Superintendent, City of Westfield, MA

Norwood, MA
“Please be advised that Mass Installation, Inc. of Norwood, Massachusetts has just completed a Fixed Network system and installed 8412 water meters equipped with AMR devices. Since the company is located in Norwood, it would be expected that they would do a good job. Not only did they do just that, but they did a superb job.

Our staff and I met almost weekly for nearly a year with their staff to keep this $2,000,000 project on track. During that time, there was not a single complaint from a customer about their installers who were professional from beginning to end. Wayne Travis, and his scheduling staff, who kept track of all that was going on, and his Project Manager, Brian Boudreau, were all excellent to work with. I would recommend Mass Installation to any community that wanted to engage in the installation of a large number of water meters or who wanted larger meters “right-sized” for more accurate flow measurements.”
